  • In case of return of check by the bank due to lack of provision, will be charged the value of 30.00 Euros of bank and administrative expenses.
  • If orders are not delivered on the first attempt, the customer will be charged € 5.00 for logistics and administrative expenses.


  • Promotions are limited to the day or week they are advertised as well as to the existing stock.

  • The products supplied by GAME TECH are no longer owned by GAME TECH, after full payment of the respective value, plus any interest due for late payment and / or compensation.

  • The delivery time of the goods depends on the selected transport service that can be consulted on the carrier's website.
  • The delivery of the merchandise is made within 48 hours (in mainland Portugal) after the invoice is issued, if the order is received until 16.00 h, except for exceptions other than GAME TECH.
  • GAME TECH can not be held liable if the delivery time exceeds the estimate, whenever it is verified that this delay is related to actions of the client or third parties.
  • The shipping costs is displayed before the order is finalized and will depend on the service selected.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must verify them, and in the event of any anomalies, they must be described in the guide of the carrier and contact GAME TECH within 48 hours.
  • In the case of RMA, the return will be on behalf of the client and the respective shipment will be on behalf of GAME TECH.

  • All products sold by GAME TECH are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years. The duration of the guarantee may be different depending on the product.
  • In the absence of information to the contrary the guarantee will always be of 2 years.
  • All products that are within the warranty period will be accepted provided that they are properly accompanied by their invoice, manuals and accessories.
  • No label should be removed, or changed, otherwise the product will lose its warranty.
  • The warranty does not apply to the repair of problems resulting from an external cause to the product (eg accident, shock, lightning, power outage ...), use or installation not according to the manufacturer's specifications, use harmful to the conservation of the product, consequences related to the intervention of a company not authorized by GAME TECH, of commercial or collective use, the use of peripherals, accessories or mismatched consumables.
